3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable (as stated on invoices).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are processed only after full or partial payment, as per our business policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or failed payments.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is processed for production.

  • Most products are custom-made; therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Since we offer custom-made furniture, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

  • Any cancellation request must be emailed immediately to info@furnshine.com.

  • Acceptance of cancellation is at our sole discretion and subject to the production stage.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type, size, and customer location.

  • Delays due to transportation, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

  • Customers must ensure correct delivery address and availability to receive the product.

7. Damage, Wrong, or Missing Items

  • Customers must inspect the product upon delivery.

  • Any complaints regarding damage, defective items, wrong items, or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to info@furnshine.com with necessary photos/videos.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

8. Return & Refund Conditions

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on custom-made furniture, except in cases of:

    • Damaged delivery

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Missing parts

  • Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days for processing.

9. Warranty

  • Warranty coverage (if provided) will be specified on the product listing or invoice.

  • Natural wear and tear, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.
