At SS MANUFACTURER & EXPORTERS, we specialize in handcrafted furniture, most of which is custom-made and made-to-order. Each product is individually produced as per the customer’s specifications, and therefore we follow a strict return and cancellation policy.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is confirmed.
If a customer wishes to request cancellation, they must notify us immediately by writing to info@furnshine.com.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. Returns & Refunds (Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products)
We strive to ensure safe and secure delivery of all furniture. However, in case of any issue with the delivered product:
Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
A return, replacement, or refund will be offered only if:
The product received is damaged.
The product is defective.
The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
Parts or items are missing from the delivered package.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must inform us of any such issue within 48 hours of delivery.
The notification must be sent to info@furnshine.com with:
Order number
Photos/videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong item
Unboxing video (if available), which may be required to process the claim
Non-Eligible Cases
No return/refund will be issued if the complaint is raised after 48 hours of product delivery.
No return/refund for custom-made products unless they fall under the damage/defect/wrong delivery cases mentioned above.
Normal variation in color, grain, texture, or natural characteristics of wood are not considered defects.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
