At SS MANUFACTURER & EXPORTERS, we specialize in handcrafted furniture, most of which is custom-made and made-to-order. Each product is individually produced as per the customer’s specifications, and therefore we follow a strict return and cancellation policy.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is confirmed.

  • If a customer wishes to request cancellation, they must notify us immediately by writing to info@furnshine.com.

  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Returns & Refunds (Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products)

We strive to ensure safe and secure delivery of all furniture. However, in case of any issue with the delivered product:

Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

A return, replacement, or refund will be offered only if:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

  • Parts or items are missing from the delivered package.

Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must inform us of any such issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The notification must be sent to info@furnshine.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong item

    • Unboxing video (if available), which may be required to process the claim

Non-Eligible Cases

  • No return/refund will be issued if the complaint is raised after 48 hours of product delivery.

  • No return/refund for custom-made products unless they fall under the damage/defect/wrong delivery cases mentioned above.

  • Normal variation in color, grain, texture, or natural characteristics of wood are not considered defects.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.
